Fill out our Cabinetry Inquiry Form to receive a complimentary ballpark estimate. If the estimate aligns with your budget and you’re ready to move forward, we will issue an invoice for the cabinetry design deposit—equal to 10% of the estimated total. This deposit is applied toward your final purchase but is non-refundable if you decide not to proceed, covering the design services rendered.
Before your intake call with our designer, please have the following details ready:
Finishes: Select your paint color and/or wood finish. Cabinetry samples are available to help with your decision.
Measurements: If your project is a new build or you have dimensioned plans, those will be sufficient. If not, please measure your space using our How to Measure Guide.
Photos: Take comprehensive pictures of your space. The more details, the better! Label each photo (e.g., “Wall to the left of the sink”) for clarity.
Appliances: Choose your appliances and sink(s). We can accommodate any selection, but detailed product specifications are required for seamless integration.
Mechanical Locations: If you’re remodeling, indicate whether appliances or sink locations will change. Please confirm with your contractor that these adjustments are feasible.
Shipping Address: Provide your ship-to address so we can plan logistics accordingly.
Having these details prepared will help streamline the design process and ensure your cabinetry is tailored perfectly to your space!
Once we receive your non-refundable design deposit, we’ll contact you to schedule an intake call for your design consultation. This call allows us to understand your needs, preferences, and vision, ensuring your designer can craft the perfect space for you. To proceed, we’ll need all the information outlined in Step 3 to create a seamless and efficient process.
After receiving your initial design, we’ll schedule a final revision meeting via video conference to review and refine the details. Your cabinetry deposit includes one design revision. If additional revisions are required, they will be billed at our hourly rate and must be paid before the revisions begin.
Please note that additional revisions are non-refundable and will not be applied toward your cabinetry purchase.
This process ensures that every detail is thoughtfully considered, bringing your vision to life with precision and style!
Once your design is approved, we will provide final pricing, along with numbered drawings and a detailed parts list for your review.
Important: Carefully Review Your Drawings
Please confirm that all measurements and dimensions are accurate before proceeding. Kitchens Bath and Beyond is not responsible for inaccurate measurements, and all cabinetry orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Once you approve your quote, we will issue an invoice for full payment. Payment must be received in full to place your order. Once processed, your cabinetry will move into production.
This final step ensures everything is exactly as you envision before we bring your design to life!
You will be notified in advance to schedule your cabinetry delivery. Once your order is complete, each piece will be blanket-wrapped and securely loaded onto our shipper’s truck for direct delivery to your location. Upon arrival, the pieces will be inspected at the truck and handed off to your crew for transport into your home. We recommend having 2-3 able-bodied individuals on-site to assist with unloading.
Schedule Your Installation Call
Before installation begins, a mandatory installation call must be scheduled. This call will include you, your installer, and your Kitchens Bath and Beyond designer to ensure a smooth and successful installation, ultimately saving you time and money.
